Personal 9/11 Statement:
|
I have been very sceptical of the collapse of the WTC ever since that tragic morning of 9/11, when I watched on TV this horrific event unfold. A hot burning fire could never initiate such a catastrophic failure and collapse of the entire steel frame structure as was the one that occurred that day. Even if the structural damage of the impact and fire had initiated a failure of the support structure of the floors in question, then the failure would have been non symmetric, slow and gradual where the undamaged upper structure would have remained intact - a 'kinking' of the towers would have occurred. The video footage of the collapse that occurred that day is enough evidence to easily proof that a gravitational collapse of the entire structure due to fire did not occur that day (i.e. laws of physics are universal). Simple structural computer simulation and a finite element analysis could demonstrate this and proof without any reasonable doubt that the official story is incorrect. I would suggest that an accurate computer model be made available of the WTC Towers, so that students, professors and engineers around the world run the simulation and publish their results. The results should then be reviewed at an international conference of Structural Engineers and Architects and their findings made public. Any new official investigation of the event of 9/11 needs to be open to the public and transparent with international observers/media and experts present. We owe it to the victims and to our profession to get to the bottom of this quickly - let the cards fall where they may.
