I've been a practicing Architect for 20 years and have designed numerous fire-proofed steel-framed buildings. More recently I've performed construction administration services for a new $120M high school campus including a $10M steel-framed gymnasium; managing construction documentation of a mixed use urban project with 1.2M sq. ft. of retail and 320,000 sq.ft. of high-rise office space - altogether about 1,200 tons of steel framing.

The WTC Twin Towers and Building #7 appear to have been brought down not by jet impacts and/or fires as we have been led to believe - but by controlled demolition with explosives. The evidence noted on AE911Truth.org and other excellent websites is "prima facie" and will, with the increasing public awareness and demand for the truth, result in a new truly independent investigation with subpeona power. It was the discovery of molten steel in the Tub that made me realize there was something really wrong about the MSM coverage of the Towers. I was a summer intern at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in 1972 when the North tower of the WTC was being completed. I graduated from Columbia in 1974 and went on to practice architecture and civil engineering for 8 years. I am now a computer specialist in integration, CAD and software engineering.

• Personal 9/11 Statement:

By 9/12 I was convinced that there was something "fishy" about the "collapse" of the WTC. I learned about progressive collapse from my engineering professors at Columbia, and I found it hard to imagine that the twin towers could have failed in that way. They were specifically designed to resist impact and load applied by the collision of a Boeing 707 jet. The buildings appeared to have been destroyed by an engineered demolition. When I articulated my suspicions, however, I was met with derision. I have continued, however, in my conviction that the buildings were intentionally destroyed.

For the past 6 years since 9/11, my belief in the official media accounts of what happened to the WTC that day has been gradually but increasingly eroding down to disbelief. Yet, I have been willfully disregarding any 'conspiracy theories' that loudly and obnoxiously point fingers at the Presidency with more hatred than evidence (Bush has some power, but he is not omnipotent!). But, after stumbling upon this site, I find some of my colleagues have been quietly and steadfastly giving this issue a fair and rational assessment that I now think deserves my attention and support. There are many serious questions that have yet to be answered about 9/11, and I am looking forward to being part of the movement towards uncovering the truth, whatever it may be, wherever it may lead us.

I quit the AIA over its lack of interest in this issue. Without insisting on a thorough explanation of what transpired on 9/11, the AIA simply cannot claim to represent the architectural profession.

I didn't see video footage of the collapses until 2005. At that point I spent months searching the web for more information. At the end of the day, the deliberate demolition is obvious. The reasons for doing so are incomprehensible - which is why many people refuse to acknowledge reality. The reality however, is that multiple crimes were committed, and crimes need to be investigated and the criminals brought to justice. They never were in Iraq.

At first I could not believe that the world trade center buildings 1 and 2 were taken down by demolitions, but after doing my research, seeing several documentaries on general demolitions I began to compare the collapse of building 7 to the footage of normal building demolitions. As I continued to research the events of 9/11 it became clear to me that there needs to be a serious independent study of the events and the collapse of buildings 1, 2 and 7. Now, there is no question in my mind that all three building were taken down by controlled demolitions. One question that I did have in the following days of 9/11 was the statement that all steel was being sent to China, having grown up in a steel town in Ohio, I couldn't imagine that the steel would not have been kept for investigation.

I am actively promoting the hidden information about 9-11 Truth, as I have been since Feb. 05, 1000s of letters, contacts across the US, and personal presentations throughout W. Virginia.

A double reason for this investigation, it shows the great deception of our national media, and leads to much darker, sinister events on going. You must view and accept one premise, to be able to consider another. If you truly evaluate the available facts, you will quickly see much more horrific things on on-going, covered by the same deceptive main stream media.

As predicted by Pres. Eisenhower, our military-industrial (media) complex has gained a ruling, and unseen hand over all our affairs, for their profit and control. As the evidence is careful excluded from main stream media, most are completely unaware.

I have been engaged in the design and project management of public buildings in diverse environments for most of my 35 year career. Half of that time was as principle architect in my own 15 person firm, and half as senior project manager in several larger E/A firms.

"Do not attribute to deviousness, what can be explained by stupidity." (Lew Wallace, while Territorial Governor of New Mexico). I have no doubt that controlled demolition played an essential role in the collapse of all three buildings. But I can imagine scenarios in which the explosives were placed (for stupid reasons) without expecting the attack by airplanes and then were implemented in response to that attack (again for stupid reasons). Conspiracy requires a level of intelligence not in evidence. Cover up is the primal response to stupidity.

My questions focus on #7 WTC. There can be no doubt that it was a controlled demolition. The only question is why was it done on that day. And if there were any doubts, why can't the circumstances be more fully examined?
A B-25 bomber flew directly into the Empire State Building on a Saturday, and the building was open for business the following Monday, with the exception of the most adversely affected areas near the top.
Different type of aircraft - different type of building. But it is difficult to reconcile that instance with what happened to 7WTC on 9/11.

At 1.8 million square feet, WTC 7 was possibly larger than any building on the West Coast. Bank of America (1.4 million sf) and the Transamerica Pyramid (.5 million sf), the two highest buildings in San Francisco, are together only slightly greater in area. Few Americans know that WTC 7 collapsed, even fewer know how big it was. I have read that its collapse was shown only one time on television; in its documentaries about the WTC collapse, PBS not only didn't explain the collapse of WTC7 but never even mentioned the collapse of a third building, because doing so would have undermined their conclusion that planes and jet fuel were responsible for the collapses. Much evidence exists of explosions throughout the WTC buildings. Persistent pools of 2000 degree metal can only be explained by the presence of thermite/thermate, used in planned demolitions. Squibs, puffs of smoke characteristic of planned demolitions, can be clearly seen in advance of the collapses. The official story does not explain the collapse of WTC7 or the collapse of the cores of WTC 1 and 2. YouTube videos of a BBC reporter announcing the collapse of WTC7 just prior to its actual collapse is convincing proof that the authorities had advance knowledge of its imminent collapse. There is just one explanation for the evidence associated with these collapses: demolition by expertly planned and placed explosives.

After studying various reports, videos, and other information, it is my opinion that the reopening of the 911 commission is warranted. The recent book written by two 911 commission leaders includes a first chapter entitled "We were set up to fail". This does not do justice to the lives lost. This event was tragic and does not deserve to be clouded in unanswered questions. The "pulling" of building seven has to my knowledge not been explained.

Very hard to understand the 'complete' lack of concrete rubble in the debris field. Even had the basements filled with concrete topping slab debis. There should have been a stack of jumbled building elements about 9 more stories above grade. The core columns were fully welded yet none were longer than 40 ft (max trucking length). This event as portrayed by the NIST Report totally messes with my understanding of how buildings behave. I haven't been able to reconcile the promoted theory of collapse with the way I know buildings to behave.

It was my understanding from college structural engineering classes at KSU that the twin towers were designed to withstand a jet airplane strike. So, with all the information that has come out about how the 9-11 Commission was conducted, how politics ruled the hearings, how they overlook key factors, and other related elements, I strongly insist that Congress conduct another independent commission and keep politics out of the hearings!

After reviewing the data presented by the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth Organization and through my independent assessment of the data I have reviewed, and based on my 40+ years of professional experience, I have concluded that it would be nearly impossible for any of the principal World Trade Center Towers to collapse in the manner or in the recorded time frame as a result of any fire or explosion caused solely by the impact of terrorist-guided aircraft alone. Braced steel frame buildings simply don't collapse in a symmetrical manner with a uniform plume of debris in 102 or 56 minutes respectively with modern structural design standards and state-of-the-art life-safety systems which must be continuously inspected by local building inspectors based on ever increasing performance standards centered on human survival.

In my opinion, the collapse(s) were possibly mechanically / explosively-assisted. By many accounts these buildings housed some very important tenants, which may keep very important information files, etc. There is the possibility that these buildings have been "pre-wired" to be demolished if security were ever to be breached in a major way. Anecdotaly speaking: remember the opening scenes of the original "Mission Impossible"?..."this tape will self-destruct in 30 seconds". In my opinion the term "pull it" had to do with orders to destroy the properties due to un-avoidable security breaches that would ensue as a result of a myriad of persons going into previously secured areas of the buildings....thus the twin towers and the third building. I found the squib charges in WTC 7 to be irrefuatble evidence of controlled demolition. The implications, while disturbing, reveal more than ever a country without the ideals of Thomas Jefferson, and Benjaimin Franklin.

I do think that an un-biased and thorough investigation of the
collapse needs to be performed and taking into account all the evidence that
has come to light by all of the various sources. While I would like my name
to remain on your petition, I recommend for your own credibility and that of
all of our names that less convincing and ambiguous aspects be eliminated
from your arguments along with discussions of motive. I think consideration
needs to be given to many possibilities as non-controlled collapses are
nearly completely outside of human experience; whether architect, engineer,
or even building demolition expert, none of us have an expectation of how
forces at this scale and in these condition should behave. After spending a
fair amount of web time investigating myself, I have seen a lot of real
amateurish conspiracy mongers that are giving your cause a really bad name.
While I believe your spokesman is the most credible I have seen, by keeping
your arguments scientific and non-emotional you elevate your own position
and improve chances for the end goal, a complete investigation into the

I believe that it is physically/scientifically impossible for the heat from the burning planes to have caused the collapse. If the steel had failed by heat, as has been claimed, the building would have deformed.

The speed of the building's collapse, indicating no resistance as it fell, further indicates that only carefully placed and timed detonation devices throughout the skeletal structure could account for the sudden implosion of the towers into their footprints.

The only plausible reason for collapse of WTC 7, which was not hit by any plane, is similarly, timed explosives within the building.

How did the 3rd building (WTC7) fall? It was not hit by a plane. It had relatively minor fires burning within and its collapse was reported by the BBC approximately 1/2 hour before it fell with a picture of the building in the background of the reporter's reporting of the story. That clip used to be on YouTube before they pulled it off. It fell completely into its own footprint and looks exactly like a controlled demolition. A building is similar to a tree. If you weaken part of it; for example. by chainsawing part of the trunk then it will fall to the ground on an angle. However, if you take it down in a controlled way, by cutting off pieces at a time then it will come down in a controlled fashion. The same thing had to happen with the 2 large towers. The airplane strikes were a foil or a "smokescreen" for the controlled demolition explosives placed throughout the buildings. If the airplanes were responsible for their destruction then both would have fallen on an angle into the surrounding city blocks. Instead, they came down at near free fall speed into their own footprints.

Reason dictates that the conventional explanation is not supported by the physical evidence, the laws of physics, statics and logic. One anomaly in the conventional account would raise doubt, but there are scores of them and so the collapse by fire is pure fiction.

Since fire did not bring the towers down, then some sort of explosion(s) which destroyed the integrity of a structure with multiple safety factors seems likely. The evidence presented by Richard Gage and Prof Steven Jones makes the case very well that explosive devices were probably the means used to destroy them.

This leads to the frightening and unsettling conclusion that there was another conspiracy associated with 911 and the one we were told was probably a cover for the real one.

It should be noted that if any one of the events/collapses/ or fundamental underpinnings of the conventional conspiracy theory falls, then this puts into doubt about the explanation for all the events of that day.

In the Shankeville event and the pentagon event, there is so much doubt and fog, as much or more than there is at the WTC event that this seems to support the belief that we were not told the truth about the events and the cause of those events on that day.

We need the truth as painful and frightening as it may be.

They can't fall at near free-fall,; they can't right themselves after listing more than 5 degrees (why is there no talk about the conservation of momentum?). the core columns cannot shear as evidenced in the rubble pile. In the entire history of human building, only three steel-frame buildings fell into their own footprints after relatively minor fires. They all fell in the same complex, on the same day. What are the odds?

Following the collapse, on September 12, 2001, I had a breakfast meeting with Tom McCasslin, then VP West Coast for Tishman Construction, and formerly the Project Engineer for Building 7. Neither Tom or I, after having watched the news stories of the Event several times could understand how a fire would have caused that type of total and complete collapse. Now we know!

The almost perfect vertical collapse of the 3 buildings seems to indicate the use of explosives at the ground level.
Any partial shear or buckling of the columns at the point of impact would have likely caused the superstructures to lean over and fall out of the footprint of the buildings.
However this theory as valid as it looks leaves a question mark as to how could it be possible to set up a large complicity that has not been neither discovered nor even suspected.

During my education, I took twenty five credit hours of structural engineering. I am a certified HUD/FHA plans examiner, and a certified FEMA post disaster building inspector.

As an architecture student, I was on the 100th floor of the WTC second tower during its construction. I was personally escorted to the top by one of the head engineers for the buildings. I had an opportunity to see the unclad structure as it was being built. There were no curtain or interior walls Given the size and height of these buildings, I find it totally incongruous that three buildings would "pancake" almost symmetrically. I would think that there would be uneven failure, melting of the structure, more to one side than another in at least one of the structures. The planes crashed into one side of the buildings, and unevenly - not on a level keel. That, to me would indicate more damage on one side of the building and more on one floor than another. All three buildings seemed to collapse inward on themselves with out relative little damage to nearby buildings in all directions. Why didn't at least one tower upper section tilt and fall to the side. And building seven was not square. If it collapsed from fire, why pancake instead of falling to one side or end where the fire was located? The fire was not in the exact middle. This is all too perfect - more reminiscent of a controlled demolition for ALL three structures. There are far too many "coincidences" to even discuss here.

There is very little question in my mind that the collapse of all three WTC buildings was the result of planned controlled demolition based on the evidence that has been presented. Most importantly, all three buildings came down at nearly free-fall speed directly into their footprints, molten iron with traces of sulfur and magnesium were found underneath the rubble of all three buildings weeks after 9/11, and nano iron spheres and unexploded thermatic material has been found throughout the dust at numerous locations. This must be re-investigated based on all of the newly discovered, and the "911 commission report" omitted evidence. Three thousand innocent people died that day, and to date, nearly that many have now died as a result of breathing the toxic dust produced by these murderous acts. Congress, we demand an new independent investigation with full subpoena power.

There is some doubt that the Trade Center Towers could have collapsed without demolition explosives being utilized. What caused the third tower to fall? It might be more reliable to have a non-governmental "Citizens' Investigation Convention" comprised of experts and participants, who are not under the influence of past or current Administrations, Congress, the Pentagon or other agencies, political lobbies, etc. It might be possible for pro bono legal specialists to initiate and monitor a broader "freedom of information act" so that additional evidence and facts can be ascertained. Others, including volunteers or paid investigators, journalists, and the media (PBS, C-Span, etc.) can play a role. Americans deserve answers to their questions --- from reliable sources best able to gather and present the findings.

I spent the first year following the disaster in the bubble, shocked I suppose. Shortly thereafter I began to dig and found alternative arguments on the web and came to believe that something other than the official story was more likely. Now the evidence is overwhelming and a new investigation must be undertaken as soon as possible. The questions surrounding the event are too important to sweep under the rug.

It's a hard pill to swallow. Honest, truth seeking people cannot avoid thinking of the horrendous consequences that necessarily accompany facing the facts of a "controlled demolition". It was because I, like so many millions, took the official story for granted, without question.

I always felt doubt about the official story and was uncomfortable taking a strong position on the issue in public.

I always knew that 9/11 was premeditated and likely foreknown by neoconservative elements of our government and other rouge entities. Likely even Israel.

After listening to Mr. Gage's presentation and looking further into the evidence however I am convinced there is no way any of these buildings could have fallen short of a controlled demolition. The evidence is overwhelming. I no longer have any doubt. I am also proud to be part of an industry which has come out on the side of truth despite the consequences. Kudos to Richard Gage for being one of the best of us.

I feel a detailed, public investigation with teeth needs to be made here and the perpetrators of crimes brought to justice.

Though I have seen several presentations on the internet about the 911 events, I do not consider myself sufficiently knowledgeable enough to render a professional opinion as to the sequence of events that may have caused the collapse of WTC 1, 2, & 7. However, the following events seem to raise significant enough question to merit a full re-investigation of the calamities of New York as well as the Pentagon:

The flashing of light in the intermediate floors of WTC 1 & 2.
The molten steel int the basements
The absence of any steel framing of the upper floors.
Several hour delay in the collapse of WTC 7
The similarity of the WTC 7 to a planned implosion
In the Pentagon, the hole in the side of the building was of a size that could only mean the wings were severed off and no evidence of wings were ever found.

These observations are based on internet pictures and stories I saw several months ago, and I am sure that If I were to review the pictures and written stories, I could find a lot more to comment on. Suffice it to say, in my opinion, a re-investigation MUST be done.

Since that historic morning when 911 occurred and my firm shut down to watch the events unfolding on TV, I have often wondered about how two commercial aircraft could have destroyed three high rise buildings. Over the years since that sad day I have read several articles about the structural implications of the 911 disaster and talked to other architects and engineers. It is obvious that many knowledgeable professionals question the previous conclusions about what has happened. It is time to find, document, and react to the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

This is the most important issue of our time in this country. The 9/11 Commission members themselves started with the assumption that al Queda was responsible for the crime, were deprived of vital information and had a very limited budget-this commission was designed to cover up the truth instead of investigate it. It is time to re-look at the facts. The steel buildings came down as if exploded in a demolition, with Building #5 not even being hit. Thermite had been discovered in debris from across the city-( this is an explosive substance) and not reported. Never in the history of the world has a fire-resistive steel frame building been brought down by fire and all of a sudden we have 3? "Controlled Demolition Company", the firm that removed the debris, was the same firm that cleared the site of the Murrah Federal Building-anything fishy?

I watched on TV live the TT falling and thought to myself during the collapse that - this building doesn't fall this way. I had enough experience even at that time with steel moment frames to realize that they don't pancake from the top down, especially if the assumed failure (the planes heat) point in a 1/3 of the way down. The only way for a building to fall like the TT is if it was a masonry type structure and the upper columns failed first from a heavy roof load. Well, it's not.
In my opinion IF the heat was sufficient enough to melt the steel at the planes location, the frame would have buckled and the top part of the building would have toppled over. Of course causing damage to the lower part of the structure but not a pancake collapse. Plus - both towers collapsing in the exact same symmetrical pattern - no way.! Also, what about building #7 collapsing the same way when nothing touched it!. Or where is the plane debris a the Pentagon.?
These building were brought down by design.
In looking at the impact over time I think the intent was to implement the HomeLand Department, the patriot act and instill a new culture of fear and control.

The "evidence" produced as the "official story" related to the supposed collapse of three buildings at ground zero in New York City simply cannot be true. Much more comprehensive, scienfitic evidence has been independently produced. Mounds of evidence were rapidly removed from the site, and the presence of molten metals and dust particles containing evidence of thermate are too compelling to ignore. The official story, however, does just that. It is an insult to our professional intelligence to take the "official story" at face value. Too many questions remain as to exactly what happened on 9/11/01.

Having watched several documentaries on the destruction of the towers, I have come to the conclusion that the latest information I saw in PBS supports my belief that the destruction of the towers was NOT a normal collapse for bldgs of their type. My experiences with explosives and cutting steel using military demolitions supports the evidence I saw on this informational documentary. I DID believe the initial graphic documentaries describing structural failure of the steel pins attaching the exterior shell to the center core. However, the evidence of explosions, and the chemical traces that have were shown in 911truth documentary are correct in my opinion and support a further investigation as well as prosecution of the parties involved in ordering the destruction of the towers. Lastly, the suggestion that the purpose of the war in Afghanistan is to seek out the cause/director of the plane bombs leaves me with great disappointment and a failing faith in the leadership of this country.

It was my gut response on that morning that there was no way the towers could ever collapse, but they did. I was personally embarrassed but feel vindicated on seeing video for the first time some years ago and then again today. The chemical makeup of the dust, the horizontal explosions, explosive projectiles and pulverized bone fragments are all clear evidence of explosive charges. I hope the full story will be uncovered once and for all.

After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, Alan worked for a number of private architectural firms in the Los Angeles area before moving to Washington, DC, to serve as a hospital architect for the U.S. Public Health Service. He went on to get his Masters Degree in Architecture at UC Berkeley before settling permanently in Pennsylvania to pursue a career in building product research with Armstrong World Industries.
Alan joined Armstrong in 1969 where he was initially involved with new product development for modular housing, passive solar energy, and furniture systems. In the mid-1970’s, he began concentrating on new approaches to integrated ceilings. He was deeply involved in responding to the Federal Government’s “Peachbook” performance specification approach for office buildings and continued a similar private sector effort as Chairman of the Integrated Ceiling Subsystem Task Group for the Construction Research Council in Washington.
More recently, as Manager of Technical Information for Armstrong Floor Products, Alan focused on providing assistance to specifiers, contractors, and end users; new product testing and refinement; training salespeople; and writing technical literature (including computerized product specifications). He also developed an AIA-approved resilient flooring continuing education seminar program for Armstrong commercial field and distributor representatives to use with architects and interior designers.

Alan is a past member of both the American and the International Solar Energy Societies, was a representative for Armstrong to ASTM, and is currently a member of the Construction Specifications Institute, the Society of Architectural Historians, Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society in Architecture and Allied Arts, and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. He has spoken to a variety of audiences over the years and taught in a number of classroom environments. He was invited to speak to large audiences of hospital architects at two health care symposiums in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and authored a paper about flooring in health care facilities that was translated into Chinese for a conference in Shanghai.

Now retired from Armstrong, Alan is devoting more effort to his long-time passion for research in post-quantum physics and metaphysical studies with groups based in New York City, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. His interests take him to many parts of the world as he pursues subjects such as alternative energy sources, sacred geometry, archaeology, and investigative mythology. My employer sent me to NY on 9/10/01 on business, and I flew into NY LaGuardia on 9/10/01 at 11:30 PM. I was in New York City on 9/11/01, so am one of millions to witness this destruction from relatively near, and remained in NY for weeks after. Knowing like many that all was surely not as it appeared, we brought in films and lecturers to Kansas City starting in 2001 in order to educate others of the need for real and impartial investigations of what is certainly a "false flag" event. This evil deed must not continue to go unpunished. The actual perpetrators will yet be brought to justice, and through this we can correct and adjust for our future. We the people can always handle the truth, yet most of those in power are proven irresponsible and cannot allow the truth, much less demand it. We demand an actual arms length technical investigation, outsourced to a truly independent commission, to follow to wherever the truth itself leads. We should also demand actual and thorough criminal investigations and prosecutions, starting with basic evidence from the crime scene itself.

I don't believe that the fact that the airplanes that struck the North and South Towers by themselves made the Twin Towers fall. I do not doubt that the possibility of a controlled demolition was used to purposely bring the buildings down. Somewhere in a remote desert, maybe in Arizona, a scaled down version of the World Trade Center - ALL 7 buildings as they once stood, should be built and then have similarly scaled down - remote controlled U.A.V.'s flown into them with a fuel similar to what the planes were carrying and let it burn for the exact amount of time before the collapse, to see if the reenacted fires would by themselves result in a collapse of the towers. This would be a test similar to the tests that are conducted inside wind tunnels for the design of aircraft.

I have amounted the denial of the true reasons for the WTC buildings' collapse in the architecture and engineering field to a simple emotional unwillingness to examine the facts.

If you know the collapse times, if you know what fireproofing is, if you know how little fireproofing would be "knocked off" by the plane crashes (comparatively in terms of the whole building size), if you have a comprehension of steel and concrete strength and what would happen in a true failure, if you know EXACTLY how these towers were built--you would know that is absolutely impossible that the WTC buildings collapsed due to fire caused by airline crashes.

Again, the denial of the true reasons for the WTC buildings' collapse in the architecture and engineering field must be amounted to a simple emotional unwillingness to examine the facts--and I have met many deniers.

Dear Mr. Gage:

Thank you for taking on the architectural and engineering review of the collapses on 9/11 of the buildings at the World Trade Center site. I was dubious of the official explanations from the outset. You see, as a professional city planner in New York, I knew those buildings and their design. I attended and participated in the hearings at the New York City Hall when the buildings were first proposed. I argued for the buildings on the basis that the interior core represented a way of internalizing the cost of mass transit, which in our system is almost impossible to finance through public bond issues.

So I was well aware of the strength of the core with its steel columns, surrounding the elevators, and stairwells. I should also mention that with a degree in architecture and instruction in steel design (my Yale professor had worked on the Empire State Building) I was and am no novice in structural design.

When I saw the rapid collapse of the towers, I knew that they could not come down the way they did without explosives and the severing of core columns at the base. The spewing of debris from the towers where the planes entered also could not have occurred simply with just a structural collapse. Something else was happening to make this occur.

Moreover, the symmetrical collapse is strong evidence of a controlled demolition. A building falling from asymmetrical structural failure would not collapse so neatly, nor so rapidly, as you have pointed out.

What we are faced with is a lie of such proportions that even to suggest it makes one subject to ridicule and scorn. Who could have done such a terrible thing? Certainly not our government or military. Rogue elements in the intelligence agencies? I have no idea.

But I do know that the official explanation doesn't hold water. An open, honest re-opening of the case is in order. A near majority of Americans agrees with this view. Let us keep pressing for an honest investigation.

From the very first moment I saw the images on the TV of the towers falling, I felt there must be some reason for the collapse other than the plane crashes and resulting fires in the buildings. It seemed to me that the damage would be limited to floors where the planes hit and the fire was able to spread and therefore any collapse would be partial, but not total. I also wondered how the failure of this magnitude was possible when buildings are designed with redundant fire and structural systems to address instances specifically like this event.
